• Indonesian nationals or candidates who can communicate in Indonesian
• Experience in caregiving, nursing care, healthcare, or customer service is preferred
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above

Provide daily care and support to elderly residents at a nursing care facility. Responsibilities include assisting with meals, bathing, mobility support, recreational activities, and maintaining residents’ comfort and well-being.
